An involved member of the Oxford community, a graduate of the University of MS, and a local business owner, Abby Smith brings deep community ties and a strong understanding of the local market to her real estate career. As a newly licensed agent, Abby combines fresh energy and a passion for real estate with years of Oxford-living and real-world experience in sales, service, and business. Before dedicating time to raising her three children, Abby built a successful career in sales, giving her a keen understanding of negotiation, marketing, and client advocacy. Alongside her husband, she has since built and co-owns well-known local businesses including Connie’s and Booth’s BBQ & Yard, providing her with strong knowledge of the local market and a genuine connection to the community.  Abby also serves on multiple boards for local charities with a focus on giving back specifically to Oxford and North MS. This background, paired with her results-driven mindset, attention to detail, and genuine care for people allows her to anticipate clients’ needs, communicate effectively, and deliver a seamless experience throughout every step of the real estate process.
